- All returns are for store credit only.
- Must include return form that came with your order.

To qualify for store credit, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them.

Original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items unless it was sent to you damaged or incorrectly.

Return must be postmarked within 14 days of the order being delivered.

Accessories, Jewelry, & Hats are final sale.
To get your return label, please click HERE and enter in your Order ID number and your shipping zip code. You will then select what you are returning and the reason. This will create a return shipping label for you to send your item(s) back. We will issue you store credit once it's been received and processed, minus shipping. Allow 5-10 days after receipt of your items at our facility for processing.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received an incorrect item that doesn’t match your original order or your item(s) are damaged when received, you MUST email help@jelizabethboutique.com within 3 days of receiving the order. Please send pictures of wrong/damaged item(s) when emailing us.
PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT A RETURN FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND SENT BACK “RETURN TO SENDER”.
We do not reship/refund orders that are reported as missing later than 30 days after the estimated delivery time.
***If packages come back to us “RETURN TO SENDER” due to incorrect address, the items will go back into our inventory and the order will need to be placed by the customer again.***
• We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
